Monique Niall is the Owner and leading Massage Therapist of Mind to Muscle Remedial Massage, a successful and professional business that gives clients value, quality service and tailored treatments specific to their needs.

Prior to Remedial Massage, Monique has had experience working in a supermarket, pub, was a Head Coach for a Kidz 'n' sport program, work experience at Manly Council, Manager at HYPOXI, Personal Trainer at Vision Personal Training and F45, before embarking on her career as the owner of Mind to Muscle Remedial Massage and doing a couple hours a week treating the First Grade Sharks NRL Team.

Outside of Mind to Muscle Remedial Massage, Monique enjoys spending time with her Partner, family, friends and her bunny Tiramisu. She's a soccer player and has played for the last 16 years. She also loves anything health and fitness related. She loves camping, reading, painting, craft and music.

Worked above a gym in the Sutherland Shire called Purebred Fitness, running herbusiness Mind to Muscle Remedial Massage from 1st October 2018 - 1st March 2020.

NRL Teams; Sharks and Dragons

Currently works with a few other therapists treating the First Grade Players of the Sharks and Dragons Rugby League Teams.

Sutherland 2 Surf

I had the good fortune to work alongside Dynamic Performance Physiotherapy with four qualified Physios, three student physios and one other Remedial Massage Therapist.

We treated and help the runners with their post run recovery and any concerns they had. We were back to back and incredibly busy. Was an amazing day to be involved in.

The Caringbah Markets

One Sunday a month, 2017-2018.

Caringbah Markets, customers were able to receive $1 per minute therapeutic massages.

These Markets had over 200 stalls available.

Was great for marketing.



 

MS Gong Ride 2016

Held on 6 November 2016, the MS Sydney to the Gong Ride is a charity bike ride spanning between Sydney and Wollongong, a fantastic fundraising effort to support Australians living with multiple sclerosis.

I was lucky enough to be apart of this incredible event, helping cyclists recover with post event massages.

Internations Womens Surf Pro Event

A four day surfing  event where a few massage therapists including myself came to look after the Surf Professionals. The best and brightest young talents in world surfing, were there including Sally Fitzgibbons herself and internationals including Coco Ho, Sage Erickson and Laura Enever. Sydney International Women’s Pro: A world qualifying series event which attracted some of the biggest names in the sport.

8848 Everesting Cycling Event

10.9.16

Everesting is an activity in which cyclists ascend and descend a given hill multiple times, in order to have cumulatively climbed 8848 meters.

I was apart of the sports massage crew to keep the cyclists from cramping and for faster muscular recovery after the event.
